ITerminal‑side isolation & data retention
All conversation histories, prompts, code, system instructions, and session state are cached exclusively on your local hardware or browser sandbox (IndexedDB / LocalStorage). The Company never persistently mirrors, backs up, or retains them. Compute nodes are strictly stateless: the instant your final token is delivered, the working memory is overwritten and purged under a Zero‑Knowledge Isolation Protocol. If you clear local storage the data is permanently, irreversibly destroyed — the Company is technically and legally incapable of recovering it for you, litigants, insurers, or authorities.
IILoad balancing & auxiliary failover
To keep the Service stable, requests may automatically route to auxiliary fallback clusters when host metrics threaten uptime. On failover, packets are scrubbed of transport‑layer metadata and network identifiers before processing. No warranty is offered on the latency or availability of secondary nodes.
IIIAcceptable use & prohibitions
You may not use the Service to generate or facilitate self‑harm content, child exploitation, weapons or cyber‑warfare instructions, or attacks on physical or public infrastructure. The Service is a probabilistic text processor — not a doctor, counselor, financial, or legal expert — and must not be relied on for therapy, medical triage, or any use where an error could cause injury, death, or catastrophic loss. The Company may revoke tokens and blacklist IPs for abuse without notice.
IVIndemnification & risk transfer
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its operators against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, from code or text it generates that you deploy, or from IP‑infringement in your prompts — including associated legal and forensic costs.
VProbabilistic outputs & sandbox duty
All outputs are provided “As‑Is / As‑Available.” The Company does not audit or warrant accuracy, safety, or stability. You are obliged to test and run any generated code inside an isolated, non‑production sandbox before use. Liability is waived to the maximum extent permitted; where a cap must apply, it is limited to fees paid in the prior 30 days, or $1.00 USD if none.
VIGlobal localization, regional pricing & Merchant of Record (MoR) firewall
All subscription transactions, currency localization processing, and cross-border digital sales tax compliances for our introductory, mid-tier, and regional accounts are executed exclusively by our designated Merchant of Record (including but not limited to Lemon Squeezy, LLC or Paddle Payments Ltd.). The Merchant of Record operates as the legal reseller of the Service. By initiating a checkout session, you expressly consent to hardware-level fraud mitigation protocols, including automated Bank Identification Number (BIN) and geolocation telemetry audits. If the physical issuing jurisdiction of your payment card or network payload fails to align with your active regional routing profile, the transaction will be summarily terminated, and active interface access tokens will be frozen under an automated security lockout protocol. All refund requests, billing life-cycle updates, and payment disputes are governed by the statutory rules of the active Merchant of Record.
By accepting these Terms you acknowledge and consent to the privacy mechanism that keeps your conversations yours: your ledger is written only to this browser's IndexedDB on this device, and is bounded — it holds at most 4,000 messages or ~20 MB, whichever comes first, and the oldest entries are evicted automatically so it never grows without limit. An automatic sanitizer runs on‑device — when the app opens and on a recurring schedule (about every 30 minutes) — permanently deleting entries older than 30 days and redacting card‑like number sequences from what remains. This routine is local‑only housekeeping; it never transmits, uploads, or reads your content off the device. You may export your ledger as JSON or erase it entirely at any time from Data controls; erasure is irreversible, including for the Company. Separately, the autonomous Agent acts only on tasks you explicitly give it or on schedules you yourself enable — it never self‑activates, and it never sends, spends, or takes any outward action without your review and approval. Extended local memory is a separate, opt‑in feature available to signed‑in users on a supported (Chromium‑based) browser: if you enable it, you choose a folder on your own device and the Service reads and writes your conversation history there instead of (or in addition to) the browser ledger above, with no cap tied to this Service beyond your own disk space. The Company's servers are never given access to that folder or its contents — the Service acts only as the interface to files that live on your device, under your operating system's own permissions. You may disconnect this feature at any time from Data controls; disconnecting stops further writes but does not delete files already saved to your chosen folder — those remain yours to keep or remove directly.
VIIIGoverning law & severability
If any provision is held unenforceable, it is severed without affecting the rest. This constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding technical usage and legal boundaries of the Service.
